            BEHIND THE LENS

My passion for documenting life through photography has grown out of my love of preserving memories since the time I was very young.  My mother made scrapbooks of our own, documenting our life, from the day I and my siblings were born. I also loved flipping through the pages of my parents' wedding album and seeing their young faces full of hope and promise on that special day!

My passion for photography continued when I had a family of my own, wanting to stop time in its tracks, capturing my precious babies in all their miraculous glory.

My husband is my biggest supporter, and it's because of him urging me to "learn how to use the new camera", that my passion really blossomed. I never intended to make this any more than a hobby, but when people continuously asked me to take their family photos or their children's high school graduation pictures, how could I resist!  I am just as excited about these photo sessions as those families and graduates!

When I'm not photographing people, I love to explore nature and the beauty that God created. I hope, that by sharing these images I capture with other people, they too can just pause for a moment and enjoy all the beauty in this wonderful world we live in.   

I live in Panama City, Florida with my husband and a collie named Lassie. I have two grown daughters pursuing their dreams.
